April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day is celebrated with a painting contest with subject of “Viewing Children’s Day From Our Children’s Point of View” by Asaş’s Artistic Activities Club. Before the award ceremony, Safa Bayar Yavuz, Member of Asaş’s Board of Directors, made a speech marking the meaning and importance of the day and “April 23, is the only one children’s day which is celebrated in the World. On such an important day, we thought that you wish to see where your parents work and how a valuable work they perform. Your family and we are working and producing for our country, we hope that one day you shall graduate from your schools successfully, and shall bring in important successes which will carry our country forward. Happy children’s day” said to the children.

32 children are awarded bicycle and a reading book named “Ant’s Nest” as a result of the paint contest named “Viewing Children’s Day From Our Children’s Point of View”. Safa Bayar Yavuz – Member of Asaş’s Board of Directors -, Cem Özyol – Human Resources Director -, Birol Büyüksivri – Technology and Strategic Planning Director -, Halil Cebitürk – Extrusion Production manager -, and Hakan Salim – Employee Relations and Social Affairs Manager – gave the awards to the children.
